Add module map with WMS layer

add a new module next to the other charts (barchart, linechart, map, etc), where a WMS url can be inserted and presented on a map.

In 2019, we already applied the berlin.de CI with fond, logos, colors etc.
Please see the corresponding issue #7

However, Berlin has introduced "Eine neue Marke für das Land Berlin" and has slightly changed CI. The logo and the footer don't seem to fit in within the new CI anymore.

Is there any chance to get some offical, static html or css components @tori-d & @Lisa-Stubert?

What is the state of this project? Its currently live on netlify, but it is not further maintained. Can we archive this?
