I debug and see that in machine with tcexam 14.8.1, _POST array isn't filled.
php.ini configuration may effect this?

I found the root cause. My LDAP server allow user can bind with blank password (anonymous user).
This password will be stored in the database. I fix LDAP issue but I didn't that I must remove user password in the database unless user can access with blank password.
