When deleting an entry in the collection, we do not delete the file from yandex Object Storage

Hello,

After I upgraded Strapi to 4.2.0 version, I run the "strapi develop" script in my project and get the followitn message:
Warning: The upload provider "strapi-provider-upload-yandex-cloud" doesn't implement the uploadStream function. Strapi will fallback on the upload method. Some performa
nce issues may occur.

Nevertheless, the administration panel works properly (http://localhost:1337/admin).
However, when I try to open "Media Library", I get an error in the Chrome DevTools - console:
TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'allPermissions')

Could you please solve the issue?

Try install on Windows 10 + NodeJS 18.14.2 (latest ver) and get error:
