This is a controller issue. The iMXRT1062 driver does not yet support servo PWM frequency (as stated in the driver overview - the RC servo/ESC cell is left blank), but that may soon change as changes are underway in order to support additional PWM outputs - with servo support.

FYI I have now implemented low frequency PWM for the iMXRT1062, will likely commit an update in the next few days when additional PWM outputs are tested and ready.
