Would like to set the mode to "html5".
I see the var Router = new VueRouter({{router_options|json_encode|raw}});
Where can i set the router_options ?

When the entrypoint first loads it adds /#!/ to the address. Any button i click does not load the page, but the url changes to /?#!/. Then on the 2nd click, it will work. Not sure what is going on.

Hi,
im trying to use your awasome vuejs plugin and trying to build a sample theme to play around with oc and vuejs.
however, i cant seem to be able to install the plugin after following the installation process.
running the command php artisan plugin:install Terne.Vuejs and i got the error
`A plugin with name "Terne.Vuejs" could not be found```

of course i created the folders as requested and extract the code, but still october does find it.
im running on MacOS.
any idea what is happening here ?
