After installing Houston and generating a project. The compile command doesn't generate any artifacts.

Steps to reproduce:

npm install -g houston
mkdir myproject; cd myproject
houston init
rm -Rf wasm/*
houston compile

Expected results: The compiled files appear in the wasm dierctory.
Actual results: The wasm directory is empty.

I also tried not touching the "starter" contract and just "adding" a new contract. The wasm directory has the started files (which were fetched by the init command) but no files for the new contract.
