We like to support Citrix XEN packages, cause the opensource xen manager tool doesn't allow to manage updates.

Support for PEAR packages

Duplicate key error when single repository containts multiple times the same package

This errors occurs because the duplicate row is inside the same query. The database is already be queried about existing rows. So one solution will be check the PdoBulk queue or Ignore duplicate keys for the package insert statement. Nice workarould would be: "INSERT ... ON DUPLICATE KEY UPDATE" because PdoBulk has support for that.

Change Exception for \Exception in RepositoryApt.php
