TIPE-prepa

Project runned in "classes préparatoires aux grandes écoles".

It has never been achieved due to the COVID-19 issue.

The goal of this project was to replicate the mechanical tide prediction machine created by Lord Kelvin in 1875 and analyse its reliability by comparing it to a numerical prediction model I coded in Python.

The code theoretically works but I didn't created a documentation since the project has been interrupted by COVID-19. The prediction model uses historical datas of water level at the port of Seattle, provided by the Shom.
