Memory error
Hi!
I'm getting memory error (propably related to this graph partitioning), with the following output:
Selected 27233 cells for refinement out of 700774.
Refined from 700774 to 891405 cells.
Selected 3079 split points out of a possible 61702.
Unrefined from 891405 to 869852 cells.

mpirun has exited due to process rank 3 with PID 28000 on
node node8.cluster.local exiting improperly. There are two reasons this could occur:
1. this process did not call "init" before exiting, but others in
the job did. This can cause a job to hang indefinitely while it waits
for all processes to call "init". By rule, if one process calls "init",
then ALL processes must call "init" prior to termination.
2. this process called "init", but exited without calling "finalize".
By rule, all processes that call "init" MUST call "finalize" prior to
exiting or it will be considered an "abnormal termination"
This may have caused other processes in the application to be
terminated by signals sent by mpirun (as reported here).
I don's know if this is related to this, but I'm running the simulations with 5 nodes, where each node has 4 cores and 8 GB of memory.
incorrect number of patch type specifications error in fallingDrop test case
I had some time to revisit this and so I downloaded the most recent version of both the library and OF-2.3.x yesterday and tried to get it working. In the fallingDrop test case if set it to run on 4 processors, as soon as it gets to a redistribution, it dies with an error saying the number of patch type specifications is wrong. Is there some changes I missed in the source that need to be made to fix this? The README file did not mention this specific error.

Mapping warning on 2.3.x
Hi!
I'm getting the following warning when balancing

On field subsetU.argon patch inlet1 patchField fixedValue : mapper does not map all values.
To avoid this warning fully specify the mapping in derived patch fields.
Any ideas how to fix this?
