DNS on Pictrs/UI Container

When the system DNS server is using localhost:53, it can return 127.0.1.1 as the FQDN's IP. This won't work for containers trying to fetch content from your PICTRS URL.

need to include:

dns:
 - 1.1.1.1
 - 8.8.8.8

in the docker compose

New lemmy update makes config unreadable

It was suggested to make "chown 1000:1000 lemmy.hjson" in the config file, which I did.
