I'm curious...how did you got OM to spawn sticks? Did you used them as replacements for mined blocks?

It already drops sticks from leaves along with saplings or apples and my
players can craft flint from gravel via another plugin SurvivalPlus. It
also has an option to increase drop rates of gravel and sticks not sure if
that has anything to do with it. It is an open source plugin tho if you
wanted to look into it.

I had a look at the source code of SurvivalPlus and I really like the whole concept of the plugin!
However, if I understood your request correctly, you'd like to have a feature, that allows the complete customization of the loot, including the amount and the drop-chance. Right?

As SurvivalPlus is already editing the drop chances, I would recommend opening an issue on their repository. Two plugins manipulating the drops might get really confusing and could cause some interference.

I finally got the time to continue working on the implementation of custom drops. The implementation isn't completed yet, but it looks promising!
