location lost at sea

It was a silly, subtle bug. An event that fired on load when I didn't expect it to, setting the lat/lon to the default, map center.

Would be nice for DS to have a still image to work with for this and other iframe types... would open possibility for "click to load iframe" with enough info to be useful without clicking.

Move index to edit.html, and make a new index that can be used as a fallback view in iframe:
