Story

As a user, I want a more robust dependency for registering well-known uniform resource identifiers.

The first release was an excellent proof of concept to demonstrate the functionality & allow me to test the implementation in my API gateway. Those efforts have revealed several enhancements to make.

Features

• Register URIs individually: With an org-by-feature structure, I want to declare my URIs within each feature namespace.
• The ability to Register different types of URIs: For most URIs I expect to structure the metadata using JSON, but I may encounter situations where third-parties may want to consume data in a different format, such as a plain text file.
• Bind routes directly to express app: Returning a middleware router is sufficient, but it does bind the listener to every inbound call. I'd like to support both situations by optionally being able to pass in the express app, which the function will use to bind to the routes. If no app is passed in, it uses a default router and returns the object
