- Instead of having class Main you could have named it something to make it clear it was the unique character exercise. Methods should also be camelCase (uniqueChar vs UniqueChar). Nice solution though.
- The if (boolean_check) return true else false approach can be simplified by "return boolean_check". So in your case your entire method can be "return person1.getCity().equalsIgnoreCase(person2.getCity());"
- For the cipher check, think about how you would do the check without code before diving into the solution. The simplest approach would be to decode both and then see if the resulting strings match. I'm sure other people have other ideas.
