Add functionality to choose between MQTT output, influxDB output or both.

Alter naming conventions to make parsed data compatable with https://github.com/Scrin/RuuviCollector

Provide uptime of application not just the PC.

Add support for naming of tags and gateway.

This will help with displaying data in Grafana, as the name can be used as a tag.

Allow user to pass argument to start application in config mode. This would:

1. Start basic web server
2. Allow user to navigate through web form filling in information easily.
3. Save config in either json file or use Python sqlite3 module to store information in DB.
4. Allow user to confirm that that are ready for the application to begin.

Tasks:

• Web Server
• Web Form
• Store Config
• If no config load default

Allow for nRF52832 module to be used as a better BLE interface.

This means if someone has a spare ble tag like a Ruuvitag they can use that as the BLE interface. This would provide better sensitivity and range then what is seen in the built in BLE module found in the RPI.

Also this extends the ble2mqtt functionality past devices that have built in BLE to devices such as the:

Hi, thanks for your great lib.

Its working really well on my Pi zero
Im using it to decode self programmed NRF51822 beacons for my home assistant.

Its working great if I program them as Eddystone UUID's but If I use Eddystone URL only the .com is decoded, it misses out all the http://example part

would be great if you could point me in the right direction
