This repository contains the original data files sourced from the Louisiana Secretary of State. This includes any parsing, processing, and other transformations performed on these results before they are made available in the openelections-data-la repository.

Data Integrity & Sources ๐Ÿ”

We prioritize data integrity by sourcing information directly from the Louisiana Secretary of State's official channels. Election result data is collected from their Graphical Election Results Tool, which provides authentic and verifiable source files.

We welcome contributions from volunteers to improve and expand the dataset. Please follow the contribution guidelines outlined in the openelections-core repository.
