Their is no readme file or usage procedures.

As far as I understood it, baskets.utils (basket\utils.py) must also be overrided with

from oscarbluelight.basket_utils import BluelightLineOfferConsumer

class LineOfferConsumer(BluelightLineOfferConsumer):
    pass

otherwise a 'LineOfferConsumer' object has no attribute 'finalize_offer_group_applications'will pop up.
(because in oscar/apps/basket/abstract_models.py , line 20 LineOfferConsumer = get_class('basket.utils', 'LineOfferConsumer') will load the base model and not an descendant of BluelightLineOfferConsumer.

in my case I had to not put a from oscar.apps.basket.utils import * line at the end for the override to work but I have not yet determined if it is an order loading problem on my side or because of the fact that BluelightLineOfferConsumer is already in overrided by an extension app.
