Get data populated into Neo4j

Start to get the data from the website data into the neo4j database

clear the the to restart with the new data model
Migrate data in from the website as a :SIGHTING entity
Also put in information easily parsed such as the date into the :Year :Month and :Day entities

Set up Beautiful Soup using Python
