You can just remove NerdBot from the channel -- why not do that? (Uninvite it)

I, personally, cannot remove NerdBot in all of these channels. I'm requesting a global policy to reduce noise in these channels going forward.

I think it's probably more worth requesting each channel owner to moderate the use of NerdBot and set guidelines that way than it is to bake rules into Nerdbot. That's just my opinion though.

I have stripped out some of the more spammy scripts to try and keep nerd-bot from getting in too much trouble.
