Add feedback from server to wifimodule

In following cases, switch the network mode to Access Point:

1. User saves the network configuration, but the network cannot be reached.
2. The saved network configuration is invalid.

Each device needs to be assigned an identification number.

The device needs to be registered to the central server once the device is online for the first time.

This can be broken down into two:

1. Authentication to access the local configuration page
2. Authentication to access the server

Instead of using Http, implement websocket.

Http should only be used to create a connection to the SignalR hub.

If possible find a SignalR client and implement it.
