What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Use an activity with gps and pulse tracking
2. Export activity from ST to funbeat
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I get a GeneralMethodCallException which is the error returned from the funbeat
server.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
SportTracks 3.0.4125
Garmin Forerunner 305 track imported to SportTracks
I´ve attached the soap data (request and response) so you can take a look at
it.

There will be a GeneralMethodCallException in the funbeat API call.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create an activity in ST that has a watch pause

The complete time, including the pause, is used to create the mean pace etc for
funbeat. The pause time should be excluded.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Export from SportTracks.
2. Login to Funbeat and go to 'Visa i diagram'.
3. The time doesn't add to the graph with 'Tid' selected. If changed
to 'Tid (exkl intensitet)' it shows up.
4. Go to 'Visa i lista' and in the table 'intensitet' is 0 (zero). Edit
the activity and just save it without editing. In the table 'intensitet'

5. Go to 'Visa i diagram' again and the time is now added with 'Tid'

The current code doesn't use the watch pause and stopped time settings in
Sporttracks. If that info is fetched from the ActivityInfo object instead, that
will be sorted automatically.

1. Workout. Log pulse but not GPS. Perhaps it's an indoor workout.
2. Import to ST.
3. Export activity to funbeat.

Funbeat has released a new API with a lot of new functionality, see
http://www.funbeat.se/discussion/show.aspx?ThreadID=950845
Use of the new API will require a premium membership.
Shall we implement support for this new API?
If so, what functionality do we want to implement? What is prioritized?

When installing the new v0.4 I get the attached error.
I've tried both to install it over the old v0.4 and to uninstall in ST and
then install it again. Same result.
I'm not a st-plugin-developer, but usually it's possible to change
extension to zip and see the compressed files. With this version Windows
XP says its a corrupt file.
ST v2.1.3478
I've tested the old 0.4 and it's been working quite well for a month, but
from this weekend I get the old error message about Object variable not
set.

If I try to export an activity with gps data ( route on a map ) I get the
error 'Object reference not set to an instance of an object.' See attached.
I've tried both an old activity that is imported from a FR405 and a
manually created route.
No problem to export an activity that is manually created w/o map.
/Peter
Also:
Thanx for the possibility to export an activity again that is deleted from
Funbeat.
Maybe not a problem, but the activity mappings ( category mappings in
plugin settings ) will disappear when upgrade from v0.1.

See the following thread:
http://www.zonefivesoftware.com/SportTracks/Forums/viewtopic.php?t=5632
I took a look at it. The supplied patch really just handle that the
exception is loading default data instead. There is still some issue
reloading, even if the same .dll is used for saving/loading. A sane
solution is likely to use classes that can be serialized instead of using
the BinaryFormatter. See for instance here:
http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/magazine/cc301761.aspx
http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/magazine/cc163902.aspx#S1
Note; One user had problem exporting too. I have had that occasionally too,
but not reproducible.

It isn't unreasonable to expect a relatively large number of users to have

A GeneralMethodCallException is returned from the server
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
ST 3.0.4125 with st2funbeat 0.8.72

This is maybe more of a ST problem since I allways get both my shoes selected
by default when importing a track to ST (and sometimes I forget to unselect one
pair), but maybe there is a way around it?
If I select a track and unselect one of the equipments I can export the track
ti funbeat.

The GUID in the assembly (ad123d61-3d41-44ab-9147-31699a3ee9fd) is the same
as for SamplePlugin, not same as for the plugin
(91c28a94-93e5-44ea-a2b2-1a9f900672c4). I do not know if this makes a
practical difference though.
Patch also containing a post-build event that copies to Update (so
restarting ST sufficient when building) and auto build of the .st2plugin
package

Suggest adding possibility to set who should be able to view ST2Funbeat
uploaded route on Funbeat.
Would like to be able to set a default value. A droplist in ST2Funbeat settings
would be fine.
For me that is enough. But I would understand if others also would like to be
able to make exeptions on specifik activities.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
NewRoutePrivacy would be sent to Funbeat either with default value (or exeption
if it is set). If I dont want to let others se my routes I don't need to change
settings on every route from inside Funbeat.

Om man skapar en träning manuellt i ST och sedan exporterar detta till Funbeat
så får man:
- dialogruta i Funbeat "Rutten saknar punker"
- en tom karta
Jag tycker att detta borde bete sig på samma sätt som man exporterar en
träning som importeras från klockan i "inomhusläge" (ingen GPS-data), dvs
ingen karta i Funbeat och inget felmeddalnde.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Garmin 310XT used during activity
2. GPS track imported to ST from Garmin.
3. Activity exported to funbeat
4. Choose the display of "höjd" in the graph. No curve is shown.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The elevation graph should be shown in funbeat.
If I apply "elevation correction" to the activity in ST before the export
to funbeat, everything works. There must be invalid values in the data
track from the 310XT that cause this problem. A fitlog file is enclosed.

Expected: The new login/password is used

UserSettings when it is instansiated.

The project could be prepared for ST3. The same project files could be used
for both ST2 and ST3
I will use the same setup that I used in the GPS-running plugins, with
common info separated to separate files. This is not necessary here, as
there is only one project, but simplifies maintenance merging from other
projects.

2. In sportstrack confirm that the exercise has HRM-data but lacks a map.
3. Export the exercise to funbeat with st2funbeat.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Import a measurement where the heartrate data starts at a different time
then the GPS data.
2. Export to funbeat.
3. Check the graphs in funbeat.
The pulse and GPS-derived info should be synchronised but have instead been
offset by the difference in start time between the data tracks.
Problem is in FitnessDataHandler, GetTrackPointsFromGPSTrack, line:
DateTime actualTime = activity.StartTime.AddSeconds(p.ElapsedSeconds);
The start time of the activity is not necessarily the same as the start time of
the GPS track.

1. Create an activity in ST. Make sure it has a specified time.
2. Export to funbeat
3. Check the activity in funbeat. No time is given.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect the time of day to be exported when it is entered in ST
It seems the funbeat API expects a variable HasTimeOfDay to be set, but
ST2Funbeat doesn't initialise it. ST has a similar variable, HasStartTime,
which should be possible to use.

If you install the v0.5 plugin without having previous versions of the

similar when exiting ST.
Reported here:
