Search through HTML files for elements that match a CSS selector.

Install NodeJS.

Install 'Element Finder' through Package Control.
You may need to update the location of NodeJS in Sublime Text 3 > Preferences > Package Settings > Element Finder > Settings - User.

Right-click on a folder in the Side Bar.

Click "Find Elements in Folder..."

Enter a CSS selector and press Enter.
