Deleting tickets needs to be added to the User Interface, function has already been created.

1. Currently the Secret for JWT is 'secret', for obvious reasons this should be changed.
2. Authenticate JWT before accessing the database for any situation.

Keep track of all activity involved with each ticket.

Update the design of the entire site, either manually or just use another CSS framework.

Add summaries of all tickets i.e How many are over due, or assigned to a particular user.

This implementation was the first time I used a MONGO database, it can definitely be better.

For some reason tickets that are set forward of todays date are automatically resolved but not given a resolved date.
