If you run terraform init you will get below message:

Provider "azurerm" v1.22.0 is not compatible with Terraform 0.12.21.

Provider version 1.27.0 is the earliest compatible version. Select it with
the following version constraint:

    version = "~> 1.27"

Terraform checked all of the plugin versions matching the given constraint:
=1.22.0

Terraform throws an exception if The App Service name is not unique

The name "terraform-app-linux-app-svc" used for the App Service needs to be globally unique and isn't available: Hostname 'terraform-app-linux-app-svc' already exists. Please select a different name.

Great blog article; having a challenge with tags using terraform 0.12.6 (Azure provider 1.27.0).

The tag from local.tfvars is overwriting the tag from global_variables.tf even though the keys are different. Any thoughts? Is it me or has the new version of terraform changed tagging?
