Height was removed with mountains, but I need this information to make rivers flow nicely.

Land needs to be assigned height at points and then propagate with distance fields, or just determine height from some scaled noise function.

Similar to water gen but for mountains, also need some way of making the mountain renders look pretty?

Rendering looks very weird after lloyd relaxation. I think the cells are better overall, but outsides of the map get borked?
