Hi , sorry to bother you again, but I will like to ask if you have compared your methods with other state-of-the-art methods by other people/researchers.

If you did, are you intending to publish the results? Reason is for citation purposes.

Also, if you did obtain some evaluation metrics (e.g. DICE scores, etc), will it be possible to make public a script that does that? It'll help the community standardize results comparisons and benchmarking during this troubling times. :)

First of all, thank you for sharing your code with the rest of us.

I was wondering if you ran into the same issue as I did. The problem I encounter is that when I attempt to train the network I get a RuntimeError. My batch size is 1 and my GPU has got 8GB of memory, which I believe should be enough. Have you had this issue before? And if so, how did you solve it?

The error happens when running train.py and it reaches the following line:

logits = unet(batch)

Hi, sorry to bother you again. With regards to the lung masks, you stated that "LUNA16 lung segmentation is used". Did you obtain it from here: https://luna16.grand-challenge.org/Data/.

If so, am I right to infer that the segmented lungs dataset is "seg-lungs-LUNA16.zip" obtainable from https://zenodo.org/record/3723295#.XomNP4gzaUk?

I think you forgot to mention where you got the labelled.pickle file from. It'll be great if some clarification can be sought for this. Thanks again!

Just curious, are you able to provide the code/script(s) used to generate the snippets of the segmentation in your README (https://github.com/Thvnvtos/Lung_Segmentation)?

If you have used a software instead to visualize the results, it'll be great if you could state which software was used too.
