I'm not seeing the behaviour where the cursor moves one line up. Could you please provide an example where it's doing this?

It looks like I had an old version of the plugin. Updating from 1.2.1 to 1.4.0 fixed it.

That one I can reproduce, will look into it. Appears to happen only when the line is long enough to be wrapped and your cursor is on the non-wrapped portion.
