We currently fetch all pull requests and after that we filter the pull requests to only include PRs that have been merged since the last release. We could add some sort of callback to the paginate function to make it stop once it has fetched the PRs we need.

The bot should be able to generate the label and semver version for the upcoming release. We can do this by adding a label like patch, minor or major to our PRs, the bot will check if a PR contains any of these labels and will then generate a semver version accordingly.

It'd be nice to show bug fixes, features and misc (e.g. config changes) separately, like so:

A hotfix release might not be based on master but on an earlier release, the bot now only lists PRs that have been merged since the last release and thus might miss the PRs that happened before the hotfix release.
