Issue description by Dwight Brady:

A final feature would be flam detection. This would be a toggleable feature as not all songs/drum performances have flams in them. For reference, a flam is a pare of notes that are played close together around the same subdivition. The lead note is traditionally played on the beat, while the following note is played slightly after. A classic example of this is the drum intro to Smells like Teen Spirit. The script would search for and identify flams played on or across spesific, definable midi notes, and apply the folllowing set of rules:

1. If the lead note is outside normal tolarences for the subdivition, it should be moved according to the general rules of the script layed out above.
2. If the lead note is outside of normal tolarences, the following note should be move left or right by the same percentage value as it took the lead note to be braught within tolarence.
3. There should be a separate definable detection range for flams, so as not to confuse the identification of notes within a separate subdivition.

I'd create a second pair of actions (probably suffixed with 'flam detection'), because we cannot have checkboxes in the input dialog that we're currently using for inputting the window values.
