That's an issue. We can use AI to check avatars and nickname word gender for example.
But it will be better to have some options and a gender selector in it.

UPD: I almost forgot, we also can check the profile description to see if they have pronounces in it.

When you reply to someone's message in a group chat with content that is suitable for the bot autoconversion, it (at least in some cases) completely ignores /skip command in the reply text and still tries to process this message as usual.
