关于Win10下IE11无法使用的问题解决方案
Win10附带了IEChooser工具，所以如果想调试第三方进程的页面，直接使用该工具即可，路径为c:\Windows\System32\F12，如果想调试自己进程的页面，添加一小段代码即可，具体方式和原理写在了这里，简单说来就是调用F12AppFrame.dll中的AttachTools函数。
