I want to make it easy to deploy auth-proxy with puppet. This should probably wait until after #7 is complete.

Thought it was something minor, but seems it broke oauth too -- after selecting an account to log in with, I get "Cannot GET /img/glyphicons-halflings.png" and get sent to https://auth.mydomain.com/img/glyphicons-halflings.png

It would be easier to manage configuration if the routes could be added in a conf.d directory.

Yo! Should this include the config.port, or should we include that in the config.loginPath?

Took me awhile, but I just got my setup working for apps-per-subdomain. I'll try to put together a vagrantfile that we could toss in an examples/ directory if you're interested :)

I know you haven't made a big deal of publicizing this project, but it might save someone else some time. And hey, it makes it all the easier to show someone how they might be able to use it for their org
