Hi guys! Could you introduce a nullcheck here or do you see problems with this?

• Document keyup event scope
• Pagechange event
• Ready class name is ugly
• Page visibility (ideally display: none;)
• Panning
  • Revert if not a swipe
  • When panmoving it should stop where the pan occurred and use that as new origin
  • step() should account for transitions already complete
  • Figure out page index when clicking a page

When swiping to the left on the outro in the kitchensink example the grey background stays until the transition is over. Could be related to hardware acceleration.
