vue add jest-serializer-vue-tjw results in installing vue-cli-plugin-jest-serializer-vue-tjw, which in turn, results in installing jest-serializer-vue-tjw in the package.json of the user.

generic vue-cli project:

Ideally it will work like so:

v1:

• Add jest-serializer-vue-tjw as a devDependency
• Detect if the user's Jest config is inside the package.json or external
• Add jest-serializer-vue-tjw to the Jest config
• Remove jest-serializer-vue if it is a devDependency
• Remove jest-serializer-vue from Jest config

v2:

• Add in options to CLI during install to adjust optional settings
• Add in options to UI to adjust optional settings
• Create one example snapshot test
