The current crd has been switched to the v1 version, and the corresponding code needs to be adapted；

Add support for more update strategy:

• #36: Add suport for specifying percentage of pods for RollingUpdate

Best practice:

Make sure that the controller does not install the CRDs and/or the admission webhooks. In other words, the controller should not have permissions to manage CRDs and webhooks

The custom controller needs the right set of permissions, expressed through a set of role-based access control (RBAC)–related settings.

Tapp status is too large when its replicas is large. We'd like to make it small.

I am following the guide https://github.com/tkestack/tapp#build to build, but on command make build and make image getting errors:

Environment

• golang: go version go1.12.4 linux/amd64

Add some metrics for controller, e.g. number_of_created_pods_per_second

Remove unused templates automatically to make things simpler.
