seems like the simplest is to setup a buffer that is polled form user space. Then sent to network driver

Move everything into to one directory. Put old code that is not going to be used into archive folder so we keep track of it and any previous mistakes or designs we have tried.

Tired too change when Interrupts are called to call back function only after ping or pong finishes. Need to verify that linking is indeed happening the way it should with testing patterns that change after each set of a full transfer.

Also need to verify that OPT and parameter slot stay the same and do not change. We are not missing events, but don't have a good way yet to verify behavior.

Not currently being used, 90% implemented

need to clear buffers once iotcl start is called, need to make sure both ping and pong data is put into circular buffer.
