Describe the bug
I get an compiler error if i compile with clang-10 under Linux. The QuickJsStreamAdapter uses an C99 Extension which will be treated as an error because -Werror is set.

To Reproduce
CC=/usr/bin/clang-10 CXX=/usr/bin/clang++-10 cmake .. && make

Logs
lib/quickjs/quickjsstreamadapter.cpp:26:5: error: mixture of designated and non-designated initializers in the same initializer list is a C99 extension [-Werror,-Wc99-designator]

Expected behavior
The library should compile.
