Part of green roof at FIT missing

At some point the polygons from the western portion of the FIT Campus, at the NE corner of W 27th and 8th Ave. were lost.

Fix any missing polygon issues & Update README

After issues are fixed with missing polygons, and new data are pushed here, the main README.md should link to the published dataset, and indicate that updates will be pushed periodically, and versions on github may differ from the repository, except what is found in Release 1.

This can also involve creation of a changelog to track changes between releases.
