• Download the zip file
• Put the contents of colorschemes/ in ~/.local/share/xfce4/terminal/colorschemes

Open xfce4-terminal RIGHT-CLICK > Preferences > Colors > Presets

Inside the scripts folder ia a little generate.sh script, which could be useful if you plan to build your own colorscheme.
