Update run_bepinex.sh

In BepInEx 5.4.22, the run_bepinex.sh script was updated, but this pack still uses the preconfigured script from 5.4.21.

Preliminary testing suggests it should work fine for Subnautica on macOS - after fixing the line endings to LF, anyways. Probably worth updating.

Steam Overlay not working

As soon as any plugin is installed, the Steam overlay no longer works..
Even after removing the plugin, no overlay. If I then delete Bepinex and copy it again to the games directory, the Steam overlay works again.
