I am trying to create auto scroll functionality like Quartz with the ads in between the individual posts. I guess the first part is to just get the posts to scroll.

I can see the footer inserted by the plugin but the posts don't autoscroll. I think it has to do with the way my theme's previous and next post links work.

Works fine with 2014 theme as advertised. My theme developer doesn't offer assistance with plugins.

Any help or pointers would be appreciated!

In infinite-transporter/transporter.js...

$( ".site-container" ).append( '<span class="infinite-loader"></span>' );

should read

self.element.append( '<span class="infinite-loader"></span>' );

When clicking on a comment, the URL in the address bar should contain a hash link, but when a scroll event fires it changes back to the article URL. Can cause issues when people try to share a comment link.

Should check if URL is of current article, if it is, don't remove the hash link/update the URL, wait until the article changes.

The JS seems to run automatically on Mobile Safari. Is there any way to fix this?

Use some JS to figure out what the actual containing element is called. This will probably be based on the element that holds the class containing the post ID

Have a settings screen where all of the config options that currently get defined via add_theme_support() can be set.
