Support for v1.2?

Hi, nice module!

I needed support for App Annie's API v1.2 so I added it here, just by changing the base URL for the API.

The response output is significantly different between different versions of the App Annie APIs, for example, the account breakdowns for "product+date" look totally different between v1.1 and v1.2.

I don't want to submit this as a PR yet since changing the base URL isn't really a long term solution. What would you think about passing a version into the options parameter, like:

var annie = new AppAnnie({
  apiKey: "...",
  version: "1.2"
});

to build the base URL so the version could be chosen at runtime?
