Phase

Install

Execute the following code in terminal.

$ cd octopress
$ git clone git://github.com/tommy351/octopress-theme-phase.git .themes/phase
$ rake install['phase']
$ rake generate

Try rake install\['phase'\] instead if you have problems with zsh.

can't install, missing sass?

I tried to install the theme and i get the following;

cp -r .themes/phase/sass/. sass
rake aborted!
No such file or directory - .themes/phase/sass/.

social sprite image path issue

generated social-sprite file is referenced by screen.css with a source prefix like this:url('/source/images/social-s491a7f3e36.png') no-repeat

Subtitles and 'more' do not appear.

Hey there. I'm using your theme, it looks fantastic. However, the subtitles of my posts don't show up, and on the main page of the blog, there are no 'more' link visible to show readers that there's more to read (when I put a <!-- more --> tag in my post).

Is this intentional? It would be convenient to have these two things.
