Under pyrgo check we should be only evaluating for unused code.

Implement an add command.

The workflow would have to modify the pyproject.toml definition, adding the new dependency at the specified group. Lock the modified environment and sync to new requirments/*.lock

Implement the remove command.

The workflow would go as follows:
Remove dependency from the specified group in the pyproject.toml file, lock changed group and sync using new requirements/*.lock file

Use pip-audit to implement a new command that audits environment dependencies.

Thank you very much for the project. I was wondering if fmt should be kept instead of format?

Every command is a full word, while we used an abbreviation for this, although it's not a really long word.
