Hello! If you run your binary inside a container, make sure that:

• your container is running in privileged mode (--privileged docker cli arg OR privileged: true config in docker-compose.yaml)
• your container has /dev directory mounted (-v /dev:/dev docker cli arg)
• look for the docs for the operation of the Docker internal network, most likely you need to contact the device at address other than 127.0.0.1. Maybe host.docker.internal

If you run your binary directly on a robot os, check if there is a connection to the desired device at all. This can be done using ping.
