Example 5 pvc with 10gib.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. configure qubinode with kvm and idm
2. run the ./qubinode-installer -p rhel -a release=8 command

Expected behavior
Rhel 8 vm is deployed.

./qubinode-installer -p ocp4 -a storage=localstorage is a new flag and we need the wizard in case the user has not configure localstorage before
