Currently building lorentz-contract-param project produces 3 binaries:

• lorentz-contract
• lorentz-contract-param
• lorentz-contract-storage

each binary for 64-bit Linux is ~24Mb (either dynamically or statically linked - doesn't seem to make much difference). It would be nice to have a single binary instead: fewer bytes and fewer clicks to download, unified, consistent command line interface (e.g. lorentz-contract print has required named cli option --name for contract name, but lorentz-contract-param requires contract name as positional arg and calls it COMMAND in usage banner)

Add tests to command line tool corresponding to commands used in guide

Morley has been patched: ready to split off lorentz-contract-param from it

The Generic Multisig Wrapper needs a couple changes:

• Completely remove the Athens-specific BigMap logic (most of the code)
• Update the signature handling (now supports three types)
• Split out into a separate repo
