I'm seeing the tests fail on Ubuntu 22.04. Specifically, the bpftool_compatibility.sh test script fails because the bpftool output has changed slightly:

• linkage=global-alloc has changed to linkage=global. Example:

  - [2683] VAR 'kstack_offset' type_id=27, linkage=global
  + [2683] VAR 'kstack_offset' type_id=27, linkage=global-alloc
  

• bpftool includes variable names where possible for certain entries. Example:

  - type_id=14653 offset=132320 size=24 (VAR 'pf_reason')
  + type_id=14653 offset=132320 size=24
  

These should be an easy fix if we wanted to update btfparse output to match the latest version of bpftool, however tests in CI would most likely break. So the other option is potentially making the compatibility tests more lenient.
