rewrite to blazor

with this also find a new UI library that matches blazor

create cli to create and handle plugins

add file browser provider for properties

add support to for plugins to add file browsers in the plugins to be used with a generic file browser in the UI
for example this will allow UI support to select a folder in the local file system or in one drive

improve stream performance

the passthrough stream is today a bottleneck for the performance and will not allow the system to be very useful

can maybe be solved by adding a buffer to the passthrough stream

add support for multiple databases

currently only SQLite, maybe MySQL and PostgreSQL

implement testable providers

this will mean that the provider will be instantiated and trigger a method called TestConnection, with all current properties filled.
this can be used to see if the configuration is correct to connect to a database or an online storage provider

support for translations

currently the UI has no support for translations
