This is the git repo for all script and source files required for practicals. You should clone this repo into your home drive on the virtual machine that you are using for the workshop.

Login to your virtual machine and clone this repo using the following command:

git clone https://github.com/jplouisduplessis/hpcworkshop.git

This will create a folder called hpcworkshop. All the source files and scripts I add to the repo will be located here. To ensure you have the latest version, your should run a git pull each day before beginning with the practicals.
